Amanda Chase State Farm is a cool insurance company to work with. They take my debit card payments over the phone, with the card I have on file with them. I get a text message confirmation and it's all good to go. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Nick is my agent, he's great. A relaxing experience, really can't beat it.

I've been a longtime customer off and on even though I'm not close to this office location anymore for a long time. Holly has been so great in her customer service and knowledge of auto and home insurance that we have with you guys. It has really helped me understand more about insurance and she always explains things when I have questions and relates to personal situations. A big help has also been the cost compared to other insurance companies as they are always higher. This has helped us tremendously as we are on a tight budget with all of our expenses. My Daughter was in a car accident and initially I was struggling to get in contact with the right people to begin with. I got LYNZY on the phone after a few attempts prior and she was such an immense help in getting the information I needed for my daughter to get seen at the doctorat! Then the following two days she help me get in touch with the right people to get the claim started and the car fixed.
