"I worked with Nicole today on adjusting my plan. She explained everything clearly and concisely. I’m in software so it would have been nicer if I could have just gone to a website and adjusted my plan myself; Rather than asking Nicole how my premium would change if I did this or that. However, since that isn’t an option, Nicole did a good job.
Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with this branch of State Farm. Particularly when I owned a house, and had House insurance through them. I had a particularly challenging time with a roofer, and they were very helpful in resolving that issue."
